By using this site, you acknowledge that these intellectual property rights are protected by both Turkish and international copyright laws.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access our educational materials for personal, non-commercial use. This means you may print a worksheet for your own study, but you cannot redistribute our "Blue Ledger" methods or host our proprietary video content on other platforms. Any unauthorized replication of our craft textures or curriculum design is strictly prohibited.
Users must provide accurate, current information during the enrollment process. We protect your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, but the integrity of your account depends on your true identity.
Access to "The Studio" and premium programs is granted upon payment. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exhibit patterns of disruptive behavior or technical system abuse.

Binding Agreement Notice
Blue Ledger Academy aims for excellence but provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that your language skills will improve by a specific metric within a set time frame, as education is a collaborative effort.
You agree to hold Blue Ledger Academy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms of Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Istanbul, reflecting our physical roots at İstiklal Cd. No:142.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the rest of the Terms remain in full force.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Blue Ledger Academy regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
